Program Name
Factor Cybersecurity Messaging Program
Program Description
The Factor Cybersecurity Messaging Program provides optional operational notifications to authenticated Factor users who have affirmatively enabled SMS communications within the Factor platform. Messages may concern cybersecurity findings, information requests, responses to requests, security notifications, account activity, and other operational Factor platform activity.
Factor does not use this SMS program to send third-party marketing or promotional messages.
Enrollment
SMS enrollment is available only to authenticated Factor users. Users enable SMS from within Profile → Communication Preferences after providing or confirming a mobile telephone number, completing any required verification, and affirmatively consenting to SMS communications.
SMS consent is optional and is not required to access or use the Factor platform.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the user's Factor activity, communication preferences, delivery settings, and selected notification types. Users may configure supported delivery preferences within the Factor platform.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges, if any, are determined by the user's wireless carrier and service plan.
Opt Out
Reply STOP to any Factor SMS message to unsubscribe from SMS communications. Users may also disable SMS from within Profile → Communication Preferences.
After an SMS opt-out request is processed, Factor will stop sending SMS messages to that mobile number unless the user subsequently provides new affirmative consent.

Users may also obtain support through the Factor platform or through Factor Cybersecurity's published support contact information at factorcyber.com.
Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Factor does not sell or share mobile telephone numbers or messaging opt-in and consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Supported communication channels
Registered users of the Factor Cybersecurity Inc. platform may choose to receive communications and alerts through one or more supported channels, including:
- SMS/Text Messages
- Internal Platform Notifications
Users may manage their communication preferences within their account settings at any time.
SMS Consent
By opting in to SMS communications, users expressly consent to receive transactional, informational, and security-related text messages from Factor Cybersecurity Inc. Message frequency may vary depending on account activity and platform events.
SMS messages may include, but are not limited to:
- Security alerts
- Requests for information
- Account notifications
- Verification or authentication messages
- Platform updates related to the user's organization
Message and data rates may apply depending on the user's mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out Instructions
Users may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message received from Factor Cybersecurity Inc. Users may also update their communication preferences directly within the platform.
After opting out, users may receive a final confirmation message confirming their unsubscribe request.
Consent Requirements
SMS communications are only sent to users who:
- Have registered for the Factor Cybersecurity Inc. platform
- Have authenticated their account
- Have explicitly enabled SMS communications within their communication preferences
Factor Cybersecurity Inc. does not send unsolicited marketing text messages.
Mobile Information Sharing
Factor Cybersecurity Inc. does not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
